Well everybody knows the demand of HTML5 and how it flush the need of Flash. It’s becoming a default in every browser. Many people are willing to adopt this new trend. So, more and more apps are being developed with HTML5. But it may suck your system resource for bringing your CPU to 100%. Here comes HTML5 Toggle that lets you keep HTML5 deactivated. It’s a Firefox addon that provides an option in Firefox 4 to enable or disable HTML5 support.
Once you have installed HTML5 Toggle, simply drag the button from the customize window to the navigation bar. You can enable or disable from Tools –> Disable HTML 5 or simply add the HTML5 Toggle button to a toolbar. You can add this button by going to View –> Toolbars –> Customize, and dragging the button to a preferred location on the browser. Then click on this button to enable or disable HTML5.
In fact HTML5 Toggle disable the parsing rules, which I realized after testing it. I’m still able to enjoy HTML5 apps and games. But the sad part is that, it work in some pages and doesn’t work every single time. But still it’s a good way to enable and disable HTML5 with ease.
